How Booking Works

Every booking starts with you reaching out. Tell me your name, your brow concern — sparse brows, an old faded tattoo, an uneven shape — and send a few clear, makeup-free photos of your brows in natural light.

I review your photos and tell you which services could work for you. You do not have to decide this alone.

We book a short consultation that fits your schedule, straight from my own cell. We talk through your brow history and any previous tattoo work, your ideal brow style and how you normally wear your makeup, and your health history, medications and skin type, to check that cosmetic tattooing is safe and suitable for you.

I explain the difference between each brow technique in plain language, not technical jargon. You can ask me anything: pain, healing time, colour choices, or what the finished shape will look like.

There is never any pressure to book. You get honest guidance, even if that means waiting or choosing a different treatment path.

Every brow is different, so we pick your service together on the call — based on your brows, your skin and your past history. Here is what each one costs before any travel is added.

You choose where your appointment happens. The service, the products and the process are identical either way — only the setting changes.

• Mobile — I come to you. A private space we arrange on our call and confirm before you pay anything. I bring the bed, the lighting, my pigments and disposable tools.
• At the studio. A partnered salon or spa studio in Calgary, on one of my scheduled pop-up days, if you would rather come to me.

For a mobile appointment I need a clean, well-lit area with a sturdy bed or reclined chair and access to an outlet for my lighting. If the space is not ideal I will say so, and guide you to a studio pop-up date instead.

Once we have confirmed your service and your location, your appointment is reserved with a $150 non-refundable booking deposit, sent by e-transfer. It goes toward your total on the day. No dates are held without a deposit.

There is a mobile surcharge for on-location appointments: $150 within Calgary city limits, and $250 for locations outside Calgary. I confirm which one applies — and your full price, travel included — before you pay anything.

I send a clear pre-care guide so your skin is ready for pigment. You will know exactly what to avoid in the days leading up to your visit, and how to have the room ready if I am coming to you.

On the day, I map, measure and draw your brows first. We approve the shape together in natural lighting before any pigment touches your skin.

Your appointment is never rushed. I keep enough time for consultation, mapping, numbing and the cosmetic tattoo itself, so you never feel hurried. This is a focused, one-on-one session where the only goal is getting your brows right.

You leave with a written aftercare plan and ointment so you know how to protect your new brows as they heal.

Most clients return for a touch-up to perfect detail, adjust colour, or refine shape once the initial healing is complete. Touch-up timing and pricing vary by service; we review your options during your appointment.
