Powder ombré brows are a semi-permanent brow technique that mimics the look of softly filled-in makeup. Instead of hair strokes, I use a cosmetic tattoo machine to create tiny dots of pigment that build into a soft gradient, lighter at the front and fuller through the arch and tail.

Powder brows last for a period of time and then fade gradually, which is what makes them semi-permanent. In Calgary, factors like sun exposure and skin type, plus skincare routines, can speed up or slow down fading. I offer touch-up appointments so you can refresh your colour when you feel ready.

Most people describe powder brows as mildly uncomfortable but very tolerable. You will feel light scratching or a buzzing sensation. I apply a topical numbing cream before starting and can add more during the treatment. The goal is comfort, not “powering through” pain.

At Brows by Cher, powder ombré brows are $650, plus a $150 mobile surcharge within Calgary and $250 for locations outside the city. Touch-ups start at $375. A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date.
