No-Show Policy
Booking a brow appointment reserves a long, dedicated block of my day for you. These are the terms that keep the schedule fair for everyone.

Non-Refundable Booking Deposit
To secure your appointment at BROWS BY CHER, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward your total service fee on the day of your appointment.
48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling
I value your time and mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
- With 48+ Hours Notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a new date (one-time transfer only).
- With Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Any cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your $150 deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future session.
No-Show Policy
Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notification (“No-Show”) is deeply impactful to my small business.
- No-shows will forfeit their $150 deposit immediately.
- BROWS BY CHER reserves the right to charge the full remaining balance of the scheduled service for any no-show appointments.
- Future bookings may be restricted or require full pre-payment at my discretion.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment. I offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your service, and it may be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in a forfeited deposit.
TREATMENT DEPOSIT
To finalize your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required. This deposit ensures your dedicated time is reserved for you and is applied directly toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

- Once your booking request is confirmed over the phone, you will be sent a confirmation text containing the specific travel details and skin prep instructions.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. I maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure I can accommodate all of my clients fairly.
- Notice Period:
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
- Policy Details:
- Failure to provide 48 hours' notice, or a “no-show” for your scheduled time, will result in the forfeiture of your $150 deposit.
- Rescheduling:
- If notice is given within the 48-hour window, your deposit may be transferred to a one-time future booking.
