TREATMENT DEPOSIT
To finalize your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required. This deposit ensures your dedicated time is reserved for you and is applied directly toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. I maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure I can accommodate all of my clients fairly.

- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
- Policy Details:
- Failure to provide 48 hours' notice, or a “no-show” for your scheduled time, will result in the forfeiture of your $150 deposit.
- Rescheduling:
- If notice is given within the 48-hour window, your deposit may be transferred to a one-time future booking.

How much does microblading cost in Calgary with Brows by Cher?⌄
Microblading with Brows by Cher is $625, plus a mobile surcharge if I travel to you. Within Calgary, the mobile fee is $150. Outside the city, it is $250. Your total is always confirmed during your consultation so you know your exact microblading price before you commit.
What is included in the brow pricing?⌄
Each full brow service includes your consultation, custom mapping, pigment selection, and your initial treatment. Aftercare instructions are also included. Touch-ups are priced separately based on timing. I outline exactly what is included in your quote so there is no confusion.
Are touch-ups included in the initial microblading price?⌄
Touch-ups are not built into the initial microblading price. I separate them so you only pay for what you need. The 6-week perfecting session is $375, and the 3-month refresh is $475. I help you decide if and when a touch-up makes sense based on how your brows heal.
Why is there a mobile surcharge on top of the service price?⌄
The mobile surcharge covers my travel time, extra setup, and bringing a full, hygienic brow station to you in Calgary, Canmore, Banff, Bragg Creek and Kananaskis Country. It ensures I can give you the same level of detail and care you would expect in a studio setting, without cutting corners.
How do I secure my appointment?⌄
Your appointment is secured with a $150 non-refundable deposit. Once that is received, your date and time are reserved for you. This deposit goes toward your total on the day of your brow service. All of this is confirmed in writing when we book.
What happens if I need to reschedule?⌄
If you need to reschedule, contact me as soon as possible. We can usually move your appointment to a new date, subject to availability and the policy outlined in your confirmation. The more notice you give, the more options we have.
Can you give me an exact quote before we meet?⌄
Yes. For most clients in Calgary, I can give an exact quote after reviewing your photos and confirming your location. If you have previous brow work, I may need extra detail before confirming whether a correction service is required. I never start work without confirming your total first.
Do you offer discounts or packages?⌄
I keep my pricing straightforward and in line with the level of detail and time each service requires. When I introduce any special offers, they will be clearly listed on the site or shared during your consultation. You will never be asked to sign up for anything unexpected.
Is there a price difference for men’s brows?⌄
Pricing is based on the service and the time required, not gender. Microblading, powder ombré, combination brows, and correction all follow the same price structure listed on this page for every client in Calgary.
