I reply personally to learn more about your brows and skin, plus your previous brow history. We also talk through your location and parking, then discuss simple options for room setup.

If you are a good fit for microblading, powder ombré, combination brows, or correction, we book your mobile appointment time and confirm the mobile surcharge so there are no surprises.

You know the exact price before anything is scheduled.

To secure your spot, a $150 non-refundable booking deposit is required.

You send it by e-transfer. Once the deposit is received, your mobile brow appointment is locked in and you receive a confirmation with the date and time, plus what to prepare.

The deposit goes toward your final total, and the balance is paid on the day by e-transfer or cash.

Before I arrive, you choose a room with:

• Enough space for a treatment bed
• A standard power outlet for lighting
• Good ventilation
• A surface I can sanitize for supplies

A quiet room with good light often works well, as does a spare room or a private room at a partner salon.

When I arrive, I cover surfaces and set up the adjustable bed, then arrange sterile, single-use tools in front of you. You watch your temporary brow studio come together before we begin.

Once everything is in place and the surfaces are protected, we sit down together to design your brows.

Brows by Cher is always design-first.

I map your brows carefully, using your facial structure to find the right shape and symmetry, then refine the arch. We look at the outline together in a hand mirror and in the room’s main lighting.

You approve the shape before I start.

Then I apply a topical numbing cream and give it time to work while you rest back on the bed. By the time it is ready, you are settled and supported, ready for the brow work.

Whether we are doing microblading, powder ombré, combination brows, or correction, I work in small, precise sections.

Pigments are high-quality, cosmetic-grade, and chosen to suit your skin undertone and long-term colour retention. I use single-use, sterile needles and tools that are opened in front of you. When we are finished, everything is safely taken away and discarded.

You will notice some light scratching or tapping sensations, and you may hear soft sounds from the tools and pigment cups. If you ever need a pause, you just say so.

We check the shape and colour together at key points so you stay involved in every decision.

When your new brows are complete, we review them in a mirror and the room’s natural light. I talk you through what to expect during healing and how to care for your brows, and send a written guide so you always know what is normal.

Then I pack down the bed and remove every disposable item, followed by a full surface wipe-down. The room returns to itself without leftover supplies or mess.

All that stays behind are your new brows.
